Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance for us to walk you through the process of returning the item(s).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 14 working days from date of the refund confirmation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again
then contact your credit/debit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is cleared which we cannot control.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), send us an email at: and we will guide you through the process of returning/exchanging your product(s).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.


Please be aware you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We may withhold or decline to provide a refund for the item(s) if any damage arises from delivery or courier before being received and checked into our returns facility.

All refund and return decisions by Cyber Gaming are ​final.​

Warranty Statement

Cyber Gaming offers a free 6 months warranty* on all products across UK, EU and the RoW. In the event of a warranty claim, please use our contact form or email us at:

When sending us a warranty claim, please include, multiple images of the chair and problem, a copy of the sales receipt, and your shipping details to simplify and speed up the process. We may endeavour to request you to return your product to us for us to inspect (this is done at your own cost – please see Returns Policy on this) and once approved, we will endeavour to get any parts or chair(s) back out to you as soon as possible.

Wear and tear on both mechanical and material elements of all products are also void of warranty unless caused by possible mechanical or material defects. If you have any concerns about your Cyber Gaming chair(s), we recommended that you contact us in the first instance to discuss any material warranty claims.

In the event of damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, neglect, failure to observe the maintenance and operating instructions, unauthorized repair work, or modifications by the customer or third parties, the warranty will be deemed completely void.

Please note that Cyber Gaming will not provide additional warranty or guarantee on the new product(s) if a spare part is exchanged or sent back to you.
